Some attempt to describe the materials and procedure but crucial information is missing.
Most of the procedural steps are included,but uses an incorrect format or lacks pictures or diagrams.

Very few grammatical errors. Format ,content and procedure are correct. The writing style is appropriate for technical lab reports.
Has no written mechanical errors and demonstrates a high level of writing skill by weaving purpose, observation and analysis into a cohesive body of written communication.
