Before you begin your life as a pirate you must find out a few things. Decide as a group which area you want to research. Pick one of these roles:

Do we have Pirates today? Decide which things you will need to bring to be able to sail from Searsport to Mackworth Island. You will need to convince others to join the life of a Pirate.

How did Pirates hide their treasures? What can be used today to find a hidden treasure? Construct a series of clues that will lead other Pirates (your group) to a treasure you have hidden.
