  You will be evaluated on your individual research, how you work together, the plan you wrote as a group, and your presentation to the UN (your school friends and GBSD Staff).

All group members receive one grade for:
       
Research       25%    How much information for found about your topic according to your role.

Group work    25%    How well you, as a group, were able to
                                  work together to complete the task.

Plan               25%    A reasonable and realistic plan
                                 that addresses the problems and proposes          
                                 a way to fix them.

Presentation  25%    Well organized presentation.  Everyone
                                 participates.  The creativity of the
                                 presentation.  Ability to get the United
                                 Nations Council to agree with your plan.

Group Work
The final product is not the result of a collaborative effort. The group showed no evidence of collaboration.
The team had problems working together. Little collaboration occurred.
The team worked well together, but could have utilized each other's skills to a better degree. It is evident that a mutual effort and cohesive unit created the final product.
Plan
There were no creative ideas expressed in this project. The plan is not realistic at all.
The ideas expressed by the body of work demonstrate a low degree of creativity. The plan is not very realistic.
The ideas expressed by the body of work shows some creativity.  The plan is realistic to some degree.
The ideas expressed by the body of work demonstrate a high degree of creativity. The Plan is very realistic and can be done.
Research
Inaccurate facts and/or details are evidence of limited research
 Includes limited details about the topic
Includes details about the topic, but some may be incomplete
Shows strong evidence of research and includes many interesting details about the topic
Presentations
The presentation was chaotic with no clear organization. The United Nation threw you out the door.
The presentation had a low degree of organization.
The United Nations asked you to leave on your own.

The presentation had some degree of organization.  The United Nations will think about your plan.
The presentation was very organized. The United Nations accepts your plan.
