Okay, I know what you’re thinking, “What is a Newton Car?” A Newton Car is a vehicle that demonstrates Newton’s laws. The car moves forward by propelling an object backward. Don’t worry that you don’t understand how it works now; the whole point of this quest. Watch the video.

Goal: This project will help you gain a better understanding of Newton’s Laws of Motion, friction, inertia, speed, acceleration, potential energy, kinetic energy, and force. The project will also help you hone your problem-solving skills.
