Understands how to log in, open, save, and print files with teacher assistance in a network environment.

Intermediate Level

Creates, saves, transfers and manages files independently in a network environment.

Advanced Level

Efficiently manages and utilizes personal and shared files, directories and subdirectories individually, and collaboratively in a responsible manner using all available access such as My Computer, Windows Explorer or Mac Desktop.

Superior Level

Demonstrates advanced file management skills such as compression, downloading, expansion, sound and video and knows when and how to store large objects or directories on appropriate media other than the network.
