Consideration and action to go into Executive Session to discuss the superintendent’s 2003-04 goals.

Members Present: Otis Thompson-Chairperson, Walter Rumery, Teri McRae, Kim Matthews, Jonathan Radtke, Ben Meiklejohn, James DiMillo

Members not Present: Tae Chong, Herb Adams

At 7:02 p.m. Mr. Rumery moved, seconded Mr. Radtke and voted unanimously to go into Executive Session to discuss the superintendent’s 2003-04 goals.

At 9:45 p.m. Mr. Meiklejohn moved, seconded Mr. Radtke and voted unanimously to come out of Executive Session.
