7:00 p.m. Executive Session

Members Present: Otis Thompson-Chair, Walter Rumery, Teri McRae, Kim Matthews, Herb Adams, Jonathan Radtke, Ben Meiklejohn, Tae Chong, James DiMillo

Consideration and action to go into Executive Session to discuss the superintendent’s 2003-04 goals.

At 7:02 p.m. Mr. Radtke moved, seconded Mr. Chong and voted unanimously to go into Executive Session to discuss the superintendent’s 2003-04 goals.

At 9:12 p.m. Mr. Radtke moved, seconded Mr. Meiklejohn and voted unanimously to come out of Executive Session
