Executive Session

Consideration and action to move into Executive Session to discuss negotiations with the Portland Administrators’ Association (PAA), Portland Education Association (PEA), Educational Technicians and Bilingual Facilitators, and Benefit Association of School Employees (B.A.S.E.) pursuant to 1 MRSA §405(6)D.

 

Members present:  Ellen Alcorn, Lori Gramlich, Susan Hopkins, John Coyne, Benjamin Meiklejohn, Jon Radtke, Stephen Spring

 

Members not present:  Jason Toothaker, Otis Thompson

 

At 6:05 p.m. Mr. Coyne moved, seconded  Ms. Gramlich and voted  unanimously to move into Executive Session to discuss negotiations with the Portland Administrators’ Association (PAA), Portland Education Association (PEA), Educational Technicians and Bilingual Facilitators, and Benefit Association of School Employees (B.A.S.E.) pursuant to 1 MRSA §405(6)D.

 

At 6:41 p.m. Mr. Meiklejohn moved, seconded  Mr. Coyne and voted  unanimously to come out of Executive Session.

 

7:00 P.M.  Business Meeting

Ms. Alcorn called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Members not present:  Jason Toothaker, Otis Thompson

 

Report of the Superintendent  - Superintendent O’Connor, building principals, supervisors and School Committee members recognized retirees.

Adjournment

 

At 8 p.m. it was voted  unanimously to adjourn the business meeting.(Students voted with majority)
