Executive Session

Consideration and action to move into Executive Session to consult with counsel and consider the duties of central office staff with respect to the school department’s financial management pursuant to 1 MRSA§405(6)(A)&(E).

Members present: Lori Gramlich, Ellen Alcorn, Sarah Thompson, Peter Eglinton, John Coyne, Susan Hopkins (arrived after Committee went into Executive Session), Benjamin Meiklejohn (arrived after Committee went into Executive Session), Robert O’Brien (arrived after Committee went into Executive Session)

Members not present: Rebecca Minnick

At 5:40 p.m. Ms. Gramlich moved, seconded Mr. Eglinton and voted unanimously to move into Executive Session to consult with counsel and consider the duties of central office staff with respect to the school department’s financial management pursuant to 1 MRSA§405(6)(A)&(E).

At 6:34 pm Ms. Hopkins moved, seconded Ms. Alcorn and voted unanimously to come out of Executive Session

At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Committee met with Commissioner Gendron to discuss legislation pertaining to consolidation.
