1. Food Services Budget Presentation

a. Chair Snyder confirmed that it was not a recommendation to go forward with the outside services nor include in the budget in FY11.

b. Ron Adams was asked to compile the following information and submit to the Superintendent who will share with the Finance Subcommittee

i. Do a cost benefit analysis on breakfast based on current practices.

ii. Do a cost benefit analysis on providing ovens in schools – include energy consumption.

iii. Include a cost of operating facilities in cost analysis.

iv. Do increased proficiency report.

v. Completing forms using 4 year model option (provision 2).

vi. Provide the 2 periods of lunch option (at DHS).

Kevin Mallory was asked to compile the following information and submit to the Superintendent who will share with the Finance Subcommittee.

i. Provide an addendum to the report that shows ride times on the bus in increments of 15 minutes.

ii. How many students are walking from west end compared to east end? Provide different venues of doing this.
