1. FY10 YTD Review

a. Herb provided an update of year to date financials.

b. For the upcoming Finance Committee Meeting on June 19^th, the group considered using an hour to have a joint meeting with the City Council Finance Committee and possibly start the meeting at 5:30 rather than 6:00.

2. FY10 Curtailment Status Report

a. Herb provided update on the status of the curtailment.
