1. FY10 YTD Status Report – Herb

a. Herb reported out on the FY10 budget to date.

2. Debt Service Update – Jim

a. Jim reported on a meeting with the City to discuss this.

3. Food Service Revenue Update – Herb

a. Food service revenue was discussed with the FY10 status report

4. Status of tax payments in arrears – Jim

a. The committee discussed tax payments and will defer to a document drafted and reviewed by the attornies.

5. FY10 Salary and Benefit run Rate Projection Update – Herb

a. Salary and Benefit run Rate Projection was given by Herb

6. Buiding Administrators Reports re: FY10 Curtailment – Written Reports

from Cost Center Managers

a. Herb provided up-to-date status on the district’s curtailment, but will

revise the document to give a more clear picture to the committee.

7. FY10 Curtailment Status Report – Herb
