- Consolidate DB, DBB, DBC, and DBG, as proposed by the policy committee. Rewrite policy to focus more on key steps and approval processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Consider name change (i.e., School Budget Preparation).
- Contact DrummondWoodsum to inquire about model policies used by other school districts.
· DIC (Budget oversight and administration)
- Consolidate DBI, DBJ, and DIC, as proposed by the policy committee. Rewrite policy to focus more on key steps and oversight, roles, and responsibilities.
- Contact DrummondWoodsum to inquire about model policies used by other school districts.
· BDE, BDF
- Revisions to these policies, as proposed by the policy committee, were not discussed.
· Discussed progress to date and possible additional measures.
· Identify existing collaborations with the City that are covered by MOUs; propose MOUs to cover other collaborations.
· Identify cost-sharing arrangements for existing collaborations.
· Add column titles to status tables.
· Prepare stand-alone progress report with action items.
