- Shared
copy of Moody report.
- Finance
Committee approved a commitment letter to DEP of its intent to purchase
two new CNG (Compressed natural gas) buses with the DOE grant funding 50%
of the purchase. Attached letter
will be sent.
- DOE
letter of May 5, 2008 regarding a request for an update on management’s
response in the schedule of significant deficiencies and other
comments. Herb Hopkins will
contact Suzane C. Beaudoin with updated response. Copies will be distributed to finance
committee.
- Fixed
asset assessment needs to be
completed. Herb Hopkins will
explore this issue and report back to Finance Committee regarding cost.
- Herb
Hopkins, business Manager, shared a budget projection for year-end.
- Superintendent
requested reinstatement of teaching positions. After much discussion, no action was taken.
