Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

March 19, 2008

Committee members present: Peter Eglinton, Jaimey Caron, Lori Gramlich, Jules Szanton

Committee members absent: Sarah Thompson

Also in attendance: John Coyne, Rebecca Minnick, Jill Blackwood, Herbert Hopkins, Jeanne Whynot-Vickers, Tom Lafavore, Joline Hart, Margie MacDonald, Kathleen Casasa, Kelley Bouchard

The Committee reviewed the FY09 budget and discussed the upcoming joint meeting with the city’s finance committee to be held on March 25, 2008.

Ms. Gramlich moved, seconded Mr. Caron to accept the Finance Committee’s proposed budget and pass to the School Committee at the March 19, 2008, 7pm meeting.

Vote: It was voted 3-0 to accept the Finance Committee’s proposed budget and pass to the School Committee at the March 19, 2008, 7pm meeting. (Mr. Szanton voted in favor of motion)

Meeting adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
