schedule for 2nd round Supt. Interviews
- Central
Office Directors will be invited to give their observations of the
applicants to the panel.
- Schedule
was reviewed and all panel members were in agreement with the schedule as
written.
- Site
Visit Review for Supt. Finalist Candidates
- Site
visit was reviewed and all panel members were in agreement with the
tentative schedule as written.
- Review
Upcoming Dates for Supt. process
- Review
of Supt. Evaluations
- Sarah
asked group to look over samples of Supt Evaluations from other states
and samples provided from MSMA to be discussed at next meeting.
- Supt
Evaluation Process to be discussed with Board as a whole, possibly at a
workshop once Personnel decides on product to bring forward for full
discussion.

Steps
- In
early Spring, sub committee should look at the BASE, PAA and Ed Tech
contracts as well as PAA request for AD’s.
