In attendance: Liz Holton, Joline Hart, Peter Eglinton and Sarah Thompson

I. Continuation of discussions regarding the Superintendent’s Evaluation Process

a. It was agreed that first year goals will be established with Dr. Morse and then build in dates for mid year reflection(s) and end of year evaluation.

b. Change Evaluation Policy to reflect that in September “goal setting” will be done.

II. Adjournment
