Also present: Ken Kunin, Steve Rogers, Michael Johnson

Consideration and action to move into Executive Session to hear a proposal from the Portland Administrators’ Association, pursuant to 1 MRSA § 405 (6)(D) and 1 MRSA § 405(6)(A)

At 5:40pm Ms. Holton moved, seconded Ms. Thompson and voted 2-0 to move into Executive Session to hear a proposal from the Portland Administrators’ Association, pursuant to 1 MRSA § 405 (6)(D) and 1 MRSA § 405(6)(A)

At 6:20pm Mr. Eglinton moved, seconded Ms. Holton and voted 3-0 to come out of Executive Session
