Personnel Committee Meeting- Thursday, July 31^st., 2008

5:30 p.m. Room 321

· Review what will be covered at August 6^th Supt. Workshop with full SC

· Agree as sub committee MSMA role in Supt search- agreement to be forwarded to whole SC for discussion

· Agree on what part community, staff, teachers and administrators will have in search- keep in mind state laws and statues reviewed previously

· Agree upon size of committee- # of various stakeholders to be set

· Review list of interested community, staff and teachers to date

· Supt Job Description review and create to reflect community input as well as current job entailments (Personnel committee members to review and add comments prior to meeting)

· Other items to discuss- next meeting to be set
