Ed Tech Staffing Analysis:

Summary of Findings:

End of September beginning of October case loads settle-they will then have final data at that time

FLS- multi handicap-35 hrs intensive education

Resource- 2 hr, 5 hrs varies, ADHD, Phonics Deficit etc..

Functional Academics- 20-30 hrs per week

FA- Self contained

Behavior- emotional disturbance can not not manage behavior-externalizing/internalizing

1-1 PCA- personal care assistant –physically incapable in doing things by self

Barbara provided worksheet and will modify based on feedback provided and more information needed.

• Reviewed EdTech distribution list/FTE count
• Barbara will put together a separate sheet on professional staff and # of kids assigned
• Reviewed case loads from Case-E program
• Spreadsheet reviewed with school, total enrollment as of May 2009, December 2009, Resource enrollment Dec. 2009. Total FTE techs, total hrs resource per week, ratios etc…
• Joline prepared a staffing history from FY00-FY10 of total ed tech staff and how funded
