DHS/PHS Staffing Analysis

 

PHS:

 

Alternative Credit Option= ACO

 

Ques was raised- how many classes fall into?

 

0-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26+  Students

 

Total students was 922 now 898  - Where did the 24 go?  Mike will provide breakdown

 

# of kids 10 or more absences (pull data-  still on the roll?) PHS yes, DHS has as pending

 

Mike will pull together a snapshot report like Ken provided for meeting of school broken down by teacher load broken down by teacher individually as well as breakdown of # of students per gr., ethnicity, special ed, free and reduced lunch and # of ELL students

 

PHS- “results” class not shown- Mike will add, PHS can not re-create 08-09 as Powerschool dumps info- Ken had historical data as they keep the record

 

DHS:

 

Ken will get teacher load and get to Personnel Committee

Ken provided report on staffing related to course sign ups, Course actual# as of 12/12/08, # of section 08-09, # of staff 08-09, Course actual # as of 10/1/09, # of sections 2009-10 and # of staff 09-10, avg section size

 

Food svc and custodians held in different cost center so it is not reflected in staffing report presented

 

Reviewed data looking through EPS lense (weighted/unweighted)

 

Ken provided a look at school make up Grade 9-12 and then broken out by # of males, females and a breakdown of ethnicity, # of ELL students, # of special ed students, free and reduced lunch numbers

 

 

Misc:  PPS has been using Powerschool for 4 years

Joline will ask Derek-CBHS to put together a snapshot report like DHS-Ken did so we have consistency from all schools in what we are looking at for data
