Minutes of March 5, 2008 Meeting

Members Present: Lori Gramlich, Rebecca Minnick, Jules Szanton, John Coyne(arrived at 4:50pm)

Also present: Jeanne Whynot-Vickers, Joline Hart, Harry Pringle

At 4:45 p.m. Ms. Gramlich moved, seconded Ms. Minnick and voted 2-0 to move into Executive Session to negotiations with the Portland Education Assoc. with legal counsel pursuant to 1 MRSA§405(6)(D).

At 5:30pm Mr. Coyne moved, seconded Ms. Minnick and voted 3-0 to come out of Executive Session.

Committee began a discussion regarding the superintendent’s search.
