I. Supt Job Description
· Will use current job description with amended MSMA job description.

· Deadline to receive applications by MSMA - Friday, October 31^st.

- will need executive session for November 12^th (after workshop) to

review applications.

- first round of interviews December 8^th

II. Any items we need to get together for Supt Workshop on Aug. 6^th

III. Set next meeting date and next step
