9/23/08

· Approved by majority vote of Finance Committee at 9/23 meeting

· Herb Hopkins will create code to use for these expenses

· Will go for first read October15^th and vote on October 22nd

· It was voted unanimously to submit the budget - as amended by finance and

Personnel Committee - to the full school committee for consideration.

III. State of the School Brochure Review

· Brochure in the draft stage - committee was asked to review and get

comments/suggestions back to Sarah asap.

IV. Site Visit Review – 2 vs 3 people visit –local vs. away

V. Reference Checking- School Comm members only will do
