The station's mission is to share with the community the teaching and learning that is happening in the Portland Public Schools, to provide a showcase for student work and to inform and engage the public in educational issues and the work of the Portland School Committee.

Copies of TV3 programs may be purchased for $15 (programs up to one hour), $20 (programs up to two hours) or $25 (programs up to three hours).
