POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE PORTLAND BOARD OF PUBLIC EDUCATION

Individual members of the Board of Education have no authority to speak or act for the Board of Education unless and except to the extent that they have been expressly authorized to do so by the Board of Education at a legally constituted meeting.
