An official record of every School Board meeting shall be prepared and circulated to each Board member prior to the ensuing Board meeting.
The record of such meeting shall be approved at the next meeting with such additions and corrections as are approved. These records shall be made a part of the permanent files in the Office of the Superintendent. Provisions shall be made for the safekeeping of these records.
