The School Committee reserves the right to review administrative rules and regulations at its discretion, but it shall veto such only when, in the School Committee’s judgment, they are inconsistent with policies adopted by the School Committee.

Administrative rules and regulations need not be approved by the School Committee in advance of issuance except as required by state law or in the event that the Superintendent determines that strong community attitudes, or possible student or staff reaction, make it advisable for the rule or regulation to have the School Committee’s advance approval.
