SCHOOL BUILDING ADMINISTRATION
Acting with the approval of the Superintendent or their designee, each designated lead building administrator shall be the chief administrator of their school. The designated lead building administrator is responsible for the administration, supervision, and evaluation of pupils, professional and classified personnel.
The designated lead building administrator serves as the educational leader in their assigned building. To that end, the designated lead building administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining a culture committed to learning at every level for staff, students, and the broader community.
The designated lead building administrator is directly accountable to the Assistant Superintendent for the general operation and administration of the school, educational program planning and development, and teacher evaluations.
