INVENTORIES

Inventory of property and equipment shall be taken on an annual basis at the close of the school year. The inventory system shall serve the functions of control and conservation.

 

Responsibility for the inventory system shall be with the Superintendent/designee, to whom building administrators and other administrators shall be accountable for the maintenance and reporting of accurate inventories in their schools/programs.
