PETTY CASH (IMPREST) ACCOUNTS

In order to facilitate refunds and minor purchases, an imprest cash account shall be established in each middle and high school. No appropriation shall be made to the imprest account as such. Expenditures made from the imprest account shall be charged to a specific line item account.
