STUDENT CONFERENCES

 

A student has the right to request a conference with a teacher, guidance counselor, and/or administrator at any time and for any reason. A mutually agreeable time and place shall be determined for the conference. Parents/guardians, school personnel, and/or legal counsel may attend the conference at the request of either party involved.

 

In some cases it may be necessary to hold more than one conference to resolve an issue or problem. In those circumstances, a series of conferences shall be held until the problem is resolved.
