EARLY GRADUATION
Any student who has met all the requirements of his/her school for graduation before the end of his/her senior year may opt to graduate and receive a diploma at the end of an earlier semester. In order to graduate at any earlier time, a student shall have his/her parents’ consent unless he/she is eighteen or more years of age. In order to graduate early, a student shall notify his/her principal in writing of his/her intention at least one month in advance of his/her graduation. Earlier notification may be required if the student wishes to participate or be eligible for all senior year activities. After notification is given, the principal shall arrange a conference of the student, his/her parents, and his/her guidance counselor to discuss plans for the student after graduation.
