NWEA Results
NWEA is a set of tests that students in grades K-8 take each fall and spring. The Maine Department of Education annually partners with Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) to provide students a computer-based and adaptive assessment that adjusts the difficulty level of the items presented to the student based upon student response.
NWEA assessments are designed to target a student's academic performance in language usage, reading, mathematics, and science.
These tests are tailored to the student's current achievement level and helps to determine the student instructional level.
