Portland Police are warning citizens of a male approaching young women in the Stevens Avenue area on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. The first incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. near Evergreen Cemetery on Stevens Avenue and the second at approximately 6:30 p.m. near Deering High School. In both incidents, a male in his 20s approached female students and made inappropriate statements towards them. This is a good opportunity to remind students and families to use caution and always be aware of their surroundings. Report any instances to authorities.
