LearningWorks, the Portland Public Schools’ community partner for 21st century extended-day programming, is providing a summer program for 270 PPS elementary students this summer. The district is hopeful that many of PPS teachers and ed techs will want to work for these students, and educators outside the district also are invited to apply for the positions, which will run from June 24-August 8 for 22-29 hours per week.
