This fall, Megan McDonough, first-grade classroom teacher at Reiche Elementary School, posed for a picture with Reiche students as they accepted school supplies donated by The Enclave of Scarborough, a senior living center. Every year, Enclave holds a fundraiser for Reiche School. They have an antique car show with music, food and the admission price is school supplies for Reiche.  The staff at Enclave work with Sylvie Montello, community coordinator for Lyseth, Ocean Avenue and Reiche elementary schools, to draft a list of items that classroom teachers and staff might need. This year Enclave delivered eight large boxes filled with supplies. The Portland Public Schools is very grateful to Enclave for its support of our students!
