On Nov. 6, Portland residents will be asked to approve Question 1 on the municipal ballot, which asks voters to support the establishment of the Greater Sebago Education Alliance (GSEA). The Portland Arts and Technology High School (PATHS) hosted the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce in October and the United Way of Greater Portland in September. Both groups held their board meetings at PATHS and took a tour of the building to learn more about Career and Technical Education or CTE.
