In partnership with Portland Public Schools, Portland Pirates, and the Portland Red Claws - Healthy Portland produced three physical activity videos that can be accessed on the district's You Tube Channel.  These videos are fifteen minutes or less and can be used as a quick and wasy way to get moving throughout the school day.  Anyone can do it!  Teachers to get your class moving, parents to move with your children at home, students to get moving anytime, and community members even in your office!  It takes only a few minutes and requires minimal space and no special equipment.  Come on and get up and moving with us today!

A program of the Maine Department of Transportation, encourages schools, students, and communities to increase active transport to and from school.  Site contains information, tips and resources for starting programs in your school.

A local organization that maintains and promotes trails throughout Portland.  Site contains maps, teacher resources, and programming resources.
