Welcome to the PPS Enrollment and Registration Hub—your one-stop destination for joining our vibrant learning community. Whether you’re new to the district or transitioning between schools, we’ve made the enrollment process simple, transparent, and accessible.
Enrollment at the Portland Public Schools is currently open for the 2025-2026 school year. Registrations for the 2026-2027 school year will open on February 23, 2026 for kindergarten and on April 1, 2026 for grades 1-12.The Pre-K lottery for the 2026-27 school year will be held from January 9 - February 15, 2026. Students whose applications are received after the deadline will be added to a waitlist. Visit the Pre-K information page for more details.

Once you're ready, the Online Registration will allow you to submit your child’s information electronically—saving time and reducing paperwork.
