Facilities Services is responsible for maintaining, servicing and improving the physical learning environment for our students and workplace for our staff.
Building Use Request
If you are looking to request use of one of our buildings, please click the following link and complete the registration form to request an event space:
Building Use Request Registration
If you have not previously registered for an account on FMX, you will need to do so prior to submitting a schedule request.
Please submit all building use requests at least 10 business days in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and approval. This ensures we can best accommodate your event needs. You will be asked to submit liability insurance if it is not a Portland Public Schools event, and if you are a nonprofit, you will need to submit your 501(c)(3).
